【科目概要】

死因究明学概論　６月３、１０、１７日のいずれも土曜日　なぜ死因究明が必要なのかを知るために、死因統計や死因診断の概説を行い、現在の死因究明上の課題である、診療関連死、突然死、孤独死（孤立死）に触れて、今後の必要な制度を考える。死因究明とは何かを知る上で基本中の基本講義である。

死因診断学総論　７月１５日（土）、１６日（日）、１７日（月）　死因診断学の基本と所見からどのような死因が考えられるか、確定するためにはどのような検査が必要かを学ぶ。死因究明学の根幹の講義で体系化されている。

死因診断学各論Ⅰ　９月１６日（土）、１７（日）、１８日（月）　総論の講義で死因名からその死亡機序や所見、予防を学ぶ。Ⅱも履修した方がいい。

死因診断学各論Ⅱ　１１月３日（金）、４（土），５日（日）　総論の講義で死因名からその死亡機序や所見、予防を学ぶ。２つで一対で、それぞれのオーソリティによる講義である。Ⅰも履修した方がいい。

死後画像診断学総論　８月１９日（土）、２０日（日）、２６日（土）　ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ、エコーの基礎を学んだ後、死亡後の画像所見の読み取り方を学ぶ。画像診断の根幹の講義。

死後画像診断学各論　１１月１８日（土），１９（日）、２３日（木）　各部位別の画像所見と死因の関係を学ぶ。

虐待予防医学　　１０月（水）（木）１８時～　８コマで児童虐待診断と予防を考える。

法歯学　　　　　１１月（水）（木）１８時～　８コマで法歯学を理解する。

死因診断学実地演習　座学を終えた後に、６０例の実地演習を行う。

死後画像診断学演習　座学を終えた後の、e-learning 演習。

法歯学実地演習　　　座学を終えた後の実地演習とe-leraning演習。

【Course Outline】

Essentials of Medical Thanatology Jun. 3, 10, 17 (Sat.)

To understand why cause-of-death investigation is necessary, an overview of cause-of-death statistics and cause-of-death diagnosis will be given, and the current issues in cause-of-death investigation, such as medical-related death, sudden death, and lonely death (isolated death), will be touched upon to consider necessary systems for the future. This is a basic lecture to understand what cause of death is.

General Diagnosis of Cause of DeathJuly 15 (Sat.), 16 (Sun.), 17 (Mon.) Students will learn the basics of cause-of-death diagnostics, what kind of cause of death is possible based on findings, and what kind of tests are necessary to determine the cause of death. This course is systematized with lectures on the fundamentals of cause-of-death diagnostics.

Paticular Diagnosis of Cause of Death I Sep. 16(Sat.), 17(Sun), 18(Mon) This course is a lecture on the general theory of diagnostics of cause of death, and covers the mechanism of death, findings, and prevention of death. Students should also take II.

Paticular Diagnostics of Cause of Death II Nov. 3 (Fri.), 4 (Sat.), 5 (Sun.) A pair of lectures on general theory to learn the mechanism of death, findings, and prevention from the name of the cause of death. Students should also take I.

General Diagnosis of Postmortem Images Aug. 19,20,26

After learning the basics of CT, MRI, and echo, students will learn how to read postmortem imaging findings. Lectures on the fundamentals of diagnostic imaging.

Paticular Diagnosis of Postmortem Imags Nov. 18 (Sat), 19 (Sun), 23 (Thu) Learn the relationship between imaging findings and cause of death for each site.

Preventive Medicine for Abuse October (Wed.), (Thu.) 6:00 p.m. - 8 sessions to consider child abuse diagnosis and prevention.

Forensic Dentistry November (Wed.) (Thu.) 6:00 p.m. - 8 cr.
